Shipping / Freight
All items have been assigned a shipping weight and the standard shipping costs will be calculated automatically at check out.
All orders with a total weight under 20kg are sent via standard Australia Post, unless Express post is selected or another carrier is specifically requested.
Freight arrangements for orders over 20kg in total weight will depend on customer location and customer preference. Bubba Earth will contact you to finalise these arrangements.
All in stock items are shippedwithin 2-3 days of payment confirmation.
Insurance is optional. If you would like the products to be insured while in transit, please put a message into the comments field at the end of your order.
All sample swatches of fabric are sent free of charge.
There are no handling or packaging fees.
Returns
If for any reason the item you receive from us is defective in any way or fails to match the specifications of a sample we have provided you with, please contact us no later than 14 days after the purchase order date to discuss return options.
